since I bought my Alcatel OT 557, I can't enter to the WAP, I can't download anything, please help me, I really need your help!!!!!!!!!!!

very good for this price, i have this one... so, design is strange, not very acceptable for all.

This phone is poorly designed. It looks like many features packed, but all only work under special condition. Hardware is OK, the firmware is buggy, not tested by the programmers at all.
