Coz, u must've keyed in too many times with wrong password. U can find the PUK nos with the sim card/size of a credit card..

Hi All,

This is Shalv from Mumbai (India).
Would need a small help, I've a blackberry 8820 model which i was using with Airtel Mumbai TSP, suddenly the fone is asking for PUK code, can anyone help me in this.

it might be .xlsx file u used.... Try save as to .xls. And try will work

Can somebody explain how the WiFi works on the phone? I know what WiFi is, I just don't know if it's a complete connection to the network to browse internet or just be used to connect to the home phone.

this phone i do not recommend. It broke the first time i used it. That was $600 watse.. Luckey for me i had insureance. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!
