The lack of a memory card slot was a deal breaker on the previous iteration. With a card slot this will be my next phone
People Have been murmuring about SD card now HTC has introduced it AND no one is applauding them about it. HTC M8 I'm waiting for it
What i want to know is whether the dual camera setup will also allow for improved zoom capabilities like that of what was shown at MWC

Some of the new info gleaned from the Box is: 5" 1080P Screen, HTC BoomSound (with 2 Speakers and 2 Amps), SnapDragon 801 2.3GHz QuadCore, 5MP BSI, pixel size 2.0um, F2.0/28mm Lens, HTC ImageChip 2, (for THIS particular Model) 32GB / 2GB DDR2 + microSD up to 128GB, BT 4.0 with aptX, etc.
The rest you know already, or look at the Box Image (from Link above).
This year is of Sony!!!!!
Using Sony z1 and z1 compact, best phones.
And z2 is better than all far far better than s5 and this over hyped creator cell HTC m8.
everyone in the world 'such a super technical and favorite HTC. I would like to have a mobile.
mosiii, 28 Feb 2014htc one are great only camera is problem and this phone + good camera = best phone everTry using A Better Camera. It works much better than HTC's camera, especially in HDR Mode and Macro mode. It has all the features that the HTC camera has including sequence shots and object removal. People keep thinking that more megapixels are better. But devices like Sony Xperia Z1 with its Superior Auto Mode reduce the mp to 8 but it has a smaller sensor. Plus, the more mp, the more noise. The only disadvantage with the 4mp is that you cannot crop or zoom in. But I don't do that anyway.
ups, 28 Feb 2014Needs a memory card manufacturers that include memory cards will always have an edge over it a... moreYes, a memory card will help. But remember if you get a 16 gig New HTC ONE (M8), you cannot install 3rd party apps on it. I have a HTC ONE (m8) and after sorting out and making changes with the short battery life, I love this phone. Just hoping the 2nd rear camera enables 3D or better low light
