Ranjeet, 14 Nov 2010Its a ver y goo dphone. Hey Deepak .. I know that the GPRS settings cannot be saved on this mo... moreHad the same problem with Globe in Philippines.. they said phone not supported.. I couldnt believe it.. android id android.. I did search on web and found settings which i had to put in manually.... works fine for everything now. GPRS,MMS,Internet, etc....
Have been using it since 2 months now.. and am aware of all pros and cons of this phone... well camera is really great.. my handy xerox machine.. its that good! great feature.. best if u hv a wi-fi wherevr u r using ur phone the most.. with free internet... then its really great companion.. will never let u get bore.. interesting n fun apps.. of every kind ;) amoled display is great.. u see very clearly in bright sun...
Cons: Screen resolution is a big disappointment..
Battery drains out real fast... gives a talktime of not more than four hours.. fours hours.. only when u r not using anything else.. like full charged and talkin for 4 hours straight.. it will beep at exactly 3hours 42 min.. like sum relation with it ;)
If just battery was lil more reliable i would hv been extremely happy n relaxed with my phone.. but battery keeps me on my feel i hv to keep charging it..
But otherwise.... for the cost n features.. its Real Great Deal!! Go for it... :D
Nuzy, 14 Nov 2010Will i be able to update to froyo????it is a very decent phone for it's price, very fast and stable phone,it fits perfect in your hand( not too big like the Galaxy S) the only inconvenience is the resolution 320X240, if it had 640x480 it would have been the perfect phone. It beats hell out of my previous phone(HTC Diamond) and most of the Nokia phones(x6, n97 etc). If you don't want to spend too much on phone then buy it!!!! Android it is the best OS, far more better than windows.
very good phone so far i have no problems that i encountered......
How is the sound quality in Music player, while listening to the music on headphone
Deepak, 13 Nov 2010I'm not able to connect my wildfire to internet through BSNL sim Someone please help me As t... moreIts a ver y goo dphone. Hey Deepak .. I know that the GPRS settings cannot be saved on this mobile as many of the services like Vodafone, Airtel don't have GPRS settings for these phone. But it has WiFi and make use of the internet thru these by going and accessing it ot the international airport.
Will the Wildfire be getting the 2.2 Froyo update in Malaysia soon ? I'm torn between the Wildfire and Huawei U8150 Ideos.
plz help people.. hav bout 15 k wit me .. and i m cunfused between the wildfire and xperia x8... i knw the latter is lower in the price range but i kinda like its design,,, .....is htc lower resolution gna b a problem.. i used n x8 nce and its screen was TOTALY AWESUm for its price range .. let me knw people out there ..
Froyo is officially release... BUT in China only.
Some people already translate it but HTC is gone release it officialy soon !
All I have read was truth.
...The screen is really poor (obvious when reading small text like internet)
BUT the browser is so fast that you can zoom and the text automatically fit the screen !
BUT the autonomie is at least 3 days even with google pushmail all the time night one also (just only stop scanning all the time the wifi hotspot cause it kill the battery for nothing that's all)
...only youtube format video is reachable.
BUT froyo gone solve it for dailymotion video and so on
BUT almost all the flash content is read by HTC phone !!!
Never had problem. One time fall on the ground. Quality sound call good. Only de quality sound of de video recorder is poor (sadly as other smartphone or tell me wich one !).
When I look at the Defy, I'm envious of the screen but It has no flash support till froyo (when ? ever ?), 2 day autonomie (or people are scanning the wifi hotspot all the time, it's so funny to lose his battery) and 1,53 DAS (!!!).
Hope it can help
best phone ever...i ve got one and it does many things...if you love phones, you ll love this phone! :D
