Its under the battery.take bbattery out and be easy opening little door.card slides into door,then close little door.if not careful u can pull whole door off.it goes back on.has 2 little stubs,one in each corner.they go inside holes.hope this helps

This phone was good the first month. Now All I get are the little black pop ups that google not responding, voice mail not responding, maps not responding, and so on. I have to click out of about 20 of them before I can use anything on the phone. Map...
