A new update has started hitting Samsung Galaxy S7 units on Sprint. As per the change log, the update brings along optimizations related to the device's battery life, as well as improvements related to the performance of voice over WiFi.
In addition, the update - which weighs in at around 142MB and bumps the software version to G930PVPU2APD3 - also includes the monthly security patch for the month of April. It isn't yet confirmed whether or not the edge variant of the Galaxy S7 is also getting the same update.
Like we always say, it may take some time for OTA update to hit your device, so be patient. Meanwhile, you can also manually check for it by heading to the Settings menu on your device.
