I have only had this phone for a couple months and it seems to be having issues. The biggest issues are with screen brightness and screen timeout keeps switching back to 15 secs. And a few times the phone restarts. I actually think I liked my lg3 bet...
I've had this phone for nearly 3 year now and I can say it is a good phone. As I have heard some say it does have an issue sometime with failing to get texts but all you have to do is turn on the phone and pull the battery out while the screen is act...
Try disconnecting your phone and then reconnect it again. If still not, maybe the update is not yet available in your country.
