I suggest you to Reset your phone to factory settings
& then restart once & check,
this is just a temperory solution till the time the company comes up with a fix

I got this phone 3 months back, everything is fine except for
1) First I was not able to access the Internet, everytime I tried to access the internet the phone used to hangup & would start after some hours or so
2) Now I m facing a new problem that it is continously giving a error "Time Out" when I tried to listen to music
Solution :- the solution to this is only I master Reset the phone & restarted it once and everything started to work fine but only for few days after few days again the same things happens & i have to master reset the phone perhaps every alternate week,

I belive the company should fix thing problem asap otherwise its spoiling the phone which is in other words good.

Nice phone found it better than the samsung metro duos the features are great. Usability is on par with other brands depends on choice. wifi works. No hanging problem. Battery back up is one two days on normal usage

The worst phone ever made by any brand.No mulltitasking,video streming,download speed is a disappointment,no themes no full screen wallpaper..... Never buy lg s365,go for metro duos,and nokia.

Battery backup a big disappointment.LG has to think about firmware update for this model otherwise this model will never pickup. Another drawback with all LG bar phones the camera settings are never saved , each time camera option goes to default setup
