The phone itself is excellent. The ICS upgrade happened beautifully. But I have the same problem two others have had in this forum. The battery started acting quite erratic. With a full charge on, I couldn't even start making a call or open up a message. The handset just shut down. Also, it refuses to connect to the network.

The customer service is the worst. I live in Santa Cruz in the middle of Mumbai. There is NO AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER in Mumbai. I was first given a complaint number on the Xolo customer service line, and told that the handset would be collected by a Fedex operative. The phone was still in warranty.

Nothing happened for months and I kept calling and asking if the Fedex guy was ever coming. Three months went by. Then somebody at Xolo customer service helpfully told me that they would give me a new complaint number and the old one (which was registered during warranty) won't be acknowledged any more.

I have been given the address of a pick-up point in Malad, which is a grocery store. I have not been given a phone number. The address is sketchy, and I can't even call them for directions. If this is their state of affairs in Mumbai, I wonder what their service in other cities looks like.

I quite like the product, but the customer service is lower than the pits. I don't recommend anybody outside Delhi buy a Xolo product.

frnzz...please dnt ever buy xolo x900...waste of money...the service care will not respond to the customer..i have send ma mob fr service before 2 months..yet nw i dnt recieve ma mobile..their simple reply is within 48 hours u will get ur hanset.....fuckd up

hey world's worst mobile is this & customer care. i am suffering last 5 days. i had called to the customer care but they did not reply properly. if anyone want to buy this mobile please don't buy the XOLO product. its worthless. If anyone have money to waste than go head.

Am giving the pros and cons of this phone with a neutral perspective as a 7-month old user of this phone.

1. Upgrade to ICS 4.0.4 OTA readiyl available
2. Excellent 1.7GHz processor with great speed of execution
3. No lags in games like Temple Run 2, subway surfers.
4. High end games like NFS or Asphalt run like a breeze. Only at very high graphic details, a slight lag is noticeable.
5. Out of the Box OS. No tweaks to the OS. This means lesser RAM usage for the OS itself.
6. Camera: Normal settings capture excellent photos with good color reproduction. Minimal manual settings available.
7. Connectivity: No complaints on what it promises to deliver.
8. Battery: A full day of charge when used for 20 mins of calling, 1 hour of music, 45 mins of browsing and continuous 3G connectivity(dual mode in network)
9. Display: Excellent natural colour reproduction with optimal saturation.

1. 3G browsing and games heat up the lower part of the mobile (where the chipset and antenna are located) to a relatively high extent.
2. No Jelly Bean Update
3. Lack of customizable settings in the camera for ISO, Whitebalance

FOR GODS SAKE PLEASE DO NOT BUY INTEL XOLO MOBILES. I had brought a X 900 and only after 2 months it started giving me a network connection error. to add to this no service centre at chandigarh which is the capital city of 2 states.lodged my complaint with Xolo services told my mobile would be returned back in 5 working days and more than one month no response. service centre also doesnt get connected easily. keep on telling stories that within 2 days it will be despatched but no despatch really occurs.BLOODY fools they all will perish with my curses.

worst customer service ever. sent my phone to noida. it has been a month. i still have not received my phone. the customer service associates give the same answer everytime i call. will never ever recommend the phone to anyone just because of the service.

the phone has serious network issues and it will lose signal when it you keep your phone on the cover or your pocket. sometimes i shows a different network altogether.,even if you manually select the network provider, it will go crazy after sometime.

this phone is really so bad phone i have ever used.I only operated it for 1hr. and found that games are not looses battery easily.the phone only sucks and fucks the user.Even sometimes vedios doesn't opens.
very bad phone.

Guys,not to purchase this phone at all . it's not worth of buying becasue of the intel made. i am using this phone from dec 12, after 2 months i got the problem with battery it will switch off even the battery indicator shows up the 60 % of the battery . i have sent the mobile for the service center ,. they have taken 10 days to repair. after that i got the problem on then next day of the delivery on signal and Volume key is not working. i have sent the mobile for service again and they taken 30 days for sending back my mobile after 10 to 20 times follow up with the service center team. even now also am getting the same proble. Please please please not to buy this phone. even karbon, Miromax and other cheap phones are better then this phone. Friends please tell to your friends on this .as this is one of the worrest phone which i have never seen .

my usb storage shows the total memory of 10.6gb but as per the specs it has 16gb storage... Is everyone having same memory as mine or havin 16gb??

I have a xolo x900 phone which is 4 months old..I often get signal issues now a days.Just wanted to know whether many have this problem.

i updated xolo x900 with ics 4.0.4 post that i was not able to zoom my phones camera. can somebody guide me with the steps?

Hi I am using ur xolo x900 ..just bought 2 months 8 mp is not gud ..after taking image ..while zooming the clarity gone .. I lost wit a friend in a photo shoot, he was using lg optimus black. Jst 5 mp....its a shame for me ... then many. Game are not opening .. subway surfers etc .......reply me @ jagdeeshanand
