I bought O2 a year back, i am in india, my phone was working well, suddenly on 19th June 2007 the desktop icons vanished, all functions are working properly but i m not able to see any icons on the desktop, not even the lock/unlock option which is in the centre of the screen. Please suggest me what is to be done.

i bought O2 neo 2 weaks ago. it was working well but now, there is a big network problem. the mobile doesnot detect any network anywhere. i am having lot of problem. please help. is there any kind of hardware failure

I buy o2 xda neo two month one day i am install antivirus software for internet but antivirus doesnot work so i deleted the software but at that time whole operating system is deleted programme folder is totally empty no any programmeis present in system only i am recieve and make the call and sent, receive message. Plz anybody give perfect solution for this problem.

Hi
I am from Bangladesh. I am facing two major problems. Quite often in the middle of the conversation my network just goes blank, it happens very often. When i use the same sim card in different handset i dont face this problem in same netwrok coverage.
Second problem is the Handsfree is very poor in quality, neither the voice quality is clear nor it is loud.
Oh, and i forgot to tell taht Battery performance is also very poor.
And, can any one tell me how can i get an English Manual for this model?

I have o2 neo for last 6months. Suddenly, I had some problem in writing messages and now the touch screen doest not work.
The key pads are locked and am unable to operate the set.
The system is working and am receiving call and mails. can sychornise the set with PC.
Can anyone suggest as to how to unlock the key pad?
Local service porivder says they are not supporting this model now.

i wanna buy o2 neo in india.
can i watch full length movie on it(1.4gb 1 file).
also i hrd tht 200mhz processors cnt ply these files smoothly.

my Xda Neo is having some prob wit lou speaker as it is not working......n i hav to keep the phn in vibration mode. moreover my cds given with the moble phn is in german language..........help me pls...wat to b done

vGu@, you should try hard reset first (refer to your manual book) before you do any formating. but if hard reset doesn't give you any solution, go to O2 official website, they must have the original shipping ROM.
if you don't find it, search by google or any search engine for "O2 XDA Neo shipping ROM" or... maybe you want to check this site
http://forum.xda-developers.com
they're developing modifications on ROMs you should check it out. they even have windows mobile 6 ROM.

dear sir,
i have one o2 neo, it will give some problem if any incoming call is comming set is hang.
after i remove the battery than only it will work. and in this i want to formet again where i get o2 original windows mobile ver5 .

i have o2 xda neo phone, but i am confused with its memory system. it has 64mb ram, and 128 mb rom, can anybody give a clear picture for it.. morever i had a problem, when i loaded it with 5 songs it says memory full and storage card not installed ... pl help me out
