Qtek 1010 - user opinions and reviews

I bought a qtek 1010 a year ago, now it has stopped functioning. When I put it on a charger it opens the OzUp page and get stuck there. When I connect it to my computer the computer USB does not recognise it. Can I get an installation CD?

dear sir i make a backup of all my contact list on a sd storage card and then i wanted to export these info to my laptop outlook software so it doesnt work can somebody help me

I want to know if a backup battery to the Qtek 1010 PDA/phone is available for sale and how does one get it?
This is urgent because am at the verge of purchasing one and reading through the customer opinions concerning this PDA i discovered the major complaints was about the PDA's short battery life.

No Dout! Its a Cool Set But Whats The Problem With Battery Thingy...Many People Are Experincing The Same Battery Warning Thing Although The Life Is More Then 50% Still Gives Warning Any Cure?

hi freinds, i have been using qtek 1010 for a year now, but now a days it's resetting itself and i have checked the battery which is more than 50% but i am not understanding what is the problem. this model is very good. i have got a problem to discuss..
i was not able to connect to internet.my account has got GPRS facility and the way for establishing the connection is also good. the problem is that its saying "The page you are looking for cannot be found". i hav tried replacing my SIM card into another mobile, and its getting connected by displaying the page.
kindly make me know, how to overcom from this problem.

If you're getting no signal, look at the signal bar icon. If it shows an X it means you have to CLICK on that icon, which will bring up a DIALOGUE box...it should say SWITCH RADIO ON. Click on that, and within 30 seconds, it should connect to your network. You can also turn the phone (radio) part off using the same icon and dialogue box.

No doubt, Qtek 1010 is personality wise good cell phone as well as pocket PC, i know its connectivity options,but now a days,i have such a problem, that is is no charging... anyone from KARACHI- PAKISTAN may help me in this regard. Thanks my numbers are 0300-3016367, 03042800146
