Hi,
I have bought a Samsung E490 Mobile from New Delhi in April-07. It works only 4 months. After that it auto off suddenly. I cannt paly music and even i cannt trace call log whenver it auto offs. I have to 10 or mor times switch on. I am completely unsatisfied. I had gone to Nehru Place Service centre and they took 3 days to solve the issue. Actually that is not resolved yet. the engineers are not able to find any problems. I cannt suggest anyone to buy a samsung phone.

its nice phone but the bad things is the speker r in the tow said of screen so im not be abel to hear the phone when its ring and also theres no fm radio on it and the oph is limted and theres no sharing bettwen the mem card and the phone

Why can't we record long videos on the telephone? I mean why, in the options, there isn't a way to record videos on the memory card? - please reply quickly coz I'm really thinking of getting rid of this phone coz I can't record long videos on its memory card. My E-mail is : Ahmed_taha124@yahoo.com

How can I download mp3 songs from PC to this phone. When It is pluged on by USB on PC then it can not show its internal folder to copy songs under USB device.

its a good handset, but i can't download songs from my pc. even after using the samsung pc studio II 2.0.
and i didn't get the pc studio guide even on the inertnet
please see to the problem as soon as possible.

Darn it... I RLLY GOT A LOT OF PROBLEM with this PHONE. I dnt know why cant i set my Pic. as a Wall Paper by not Saving it to my Phone Memory. You hav to save it to fone memory so you can can set it as a wallpaper.
S.T.U.P.I.D Phone, it only got 4 tones for Mssg. and no more, it CANT set my favorite tonefor Mssg.
1 more Problem, I got a 1G. memory but i cant save a long time Video. Can Help me about this? Can anyone has the answer about this Problem of Mine.

The negative point of the mobile it get restarted many time

i have just bought it yesterday and i think it's amazing!!... i'm not used on some things as i used nokia all the time.. but i have some questions.. some photos i got them from my pc is not opened also some tones... i don't understand y.. anyone plz feedback me
