it a nice option after upgrading to ics its battery life has been improved.......but i can suggest sony xperia s that would be a good option
I have had this phone for a little over a week, and I will tell you it is a fantastic phone. Battery life is excellent. Easily makes it through a 14 hour day, with 40 to 50 percent left. Camera is great. I was deciding between several phones. Decided to go with something new. I have had Samsung and Htc. For $100, with an upgrade, can't go wrong! Love it!
can we upadate this phone to v4.x..... ??
is this phone available in India????
plz people let me know asap....
Austin, 25 Jun 2012Poor battery life...I disagree. I find the battery life terrific. It lasts all day, which is great. The camera looks pretty good and the flash keeps things well lit so the grain is minimal. So far I just love this phone. This is my first Sony phone and I am sold on their quality.
guitarjozz, 16 Jun 2012Will this phone work on T-mobile's network? Meaning, will I be able to get T-mobile's 4g(HSPA... moreSurprised nobody responded..
No. It does not have the 1700mhz band Tmo uses in the states for "4g". AT&T/Straight Talk 850mhz LTE only. That said I've heard some rumors about Tmo refarming more of it's 1900mhz spectrum to HSPA so there is a SLIM possibility it would work. Emphasis on SLIM.

meatrx, 07 Jun 2012business-wise. Vote Samsung.
Consumer wise. Drop Sony (very annoying)
Quality wise. Apple
business users will usually buy only phones with a qwerty keyboard and solid exchange mail support -- typically that includes Blackberry, Nokia E/Asha range, HTC ChaCha, Samsung Y Pro, Sony Xperia Pro. with Win8 phones from other brands like LG the range of handsets for corporate users is expanding, but full keyboards are very much in demand.
even with the best voice recognition available, like DragonDictate for iOS/Android, you are limited in where you can use it (ie not in a meeting/commuting/etc), so keyboards will always rule that sector.
Haroon, 26 Jun 2012it has a micro sim. It doesn't use the regular sim card.are you
sure about this
Is this phone available in India. If not when it is going to be. If yes where it is available.
meatrx, 07 Jun 2012business-wise. Vote Samsung. Consumer wise. Drop Sony (very annoying) Quality wise. Apple All of these phones are made from the same components from mainly the same company (i.e. Foxconn). So to say that Sony is not good or that Apple is higher quality is not a great argument. Personally, I have had both many Samsung and Sony phones, and I would chose a Sony phone over Samsung any day. Samsung's phones are far less durable and break after just a few months; they are also quite cheaply made. Subsequently, all of my Sony phones still work perfectly to this day, even the ones that are 7 years old. To say to get rid of Sony completely would then cause less competition in the cell phone market, which would make you pay more money for the phone you really want.
