Asus Zenfone 3 receives Android 7.0 Nougat update

Asus Zenfone 3 owners, it's time to update your beloved device to Android 7.0 Nougat. Asus is ready with the software update and it's available in the Philippines, but will surely spread to more countries in the coming hours and days.

The Android 7.0 Nougat update adds the Multiwindow support for launching two apps at the same time. Battery life should see improvement, too, as the enhanced Doze battery saving feature is also debuting with Nougat.

Asus has fiddled with the UI design by adding its own little touches here and there. If you don't like them, third-party custom launchers are always an option.
