how do i download instructions

So far i think it does not. Been all around the settings and no T9 or anything similar, only Abc.

Hi. I have a blu jenny tv and 'm using dual sims. I have put a number in the blacklist of both sims, but i still receive calls and messages from that number. Can someone please help me?
