Facebook

Starting today you don’t have to rely on third party apps like Tinder for online dating because Facebook finally launched its service called Dating.

Facebook Dating is official, launches in 20 countries

Starting with Facebook Dating is easy, because there’s no need to set up a new account - you just use the one you already have, although you have the freedom to use a different one. You will be suggested people who already joined the program, and they will be showed to you as well - pretty much like how Tinder works. However, you don’t have to wait to match - just go forward and send a message or tap the Like button.

Of course, with having the freedom to bug people comes the risk of abuse. That’s why Facebook announced a list of features to make its online dating service a bit safer - you can share details of your date with friends like live location via Messenger.

Just like Tinder, Facebook Dating also has stories - you can import the ones you post on Facebook, and by the end of the year you can also add the ones from Instagram.

Since Facebook is already way too popular, there’s a big chance your future partner is on your Friends or Followers list. The new app has this feature called Secret Crush which allows you to add people to a list and then they’ll get a notification that they are someone’s crush.

Facebook Dating is currently available in 20 countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Columbia, Ecuador, Guyana, Laos, Malaysia, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, the Philippines, Singapore, Suriname, Thailand, Uruguay, Vietnam, and the United States. You might notice there are no European countries - Facebook promises the service will arrive by “early 2020”.

You don't have to care for all these if you focus on your relationship. I mean in a good way.

You're right about that but one key success trick is to make many categories of products (subbrands) or different flavours of products. Samsung has 3 galaxy s10 models; this business trick has been tested and proven. They can't let Facebook flop, not...
