AnonD-515411, 16 Mar 2016guys plz help htc one m9 or htc one a9 plz help!!Had the htc one m9 for 2 months. battery life is shockinly bad, I make this comparison to a 4 year old s3 which easily surpasses the htc on every aspect. Intermittent speaker problems, off and on lagging and freezing. Not in a massive rush to take it back as im likely to recieve a refurb which will more than likely experience the same problems at some point. Must point out that ive used an s3 for 4 years and never had such an issue.
Had mine since release date nearly a year ago and great phone, super quick but I do find that when making calls and resting the phone between my ear and shoulder if not tight against the ear the proximity sensor initialises the phone screen and then there is a bllp to warning me the call has been terminated. This does not happen if I hold the directly against my ear using my hand. I have contacted HTC and Vodafone but there is no setting for the sensor and both just brush me off as if I am mad.
Hi guys..I bought this phone one month ago..but I have this problem with the mic..it says that it has the noise cancelling stuff but mine actually does the opposite thing..when I call or when I do uazap vocals it's like when there's some noise the microphone stops working..not for all the conversation but it interrupts the words..don't know if I made my point..do you guys have some probls like this one !?

Anonymous, 13 Mar 2016Samsung sucks. Go for HTC or Sony.i have never enjoyed a samsung and never liked their devices, but im not going to lie, since their last flagship which is the S6, their device has been great. i have experiences the galaxy S line since the S2 but they have really improved their device.
now talking about their battery. I have to say, it is terrible compared to other flagships such made by sony, HTC, etc.
Chap 1, 12 Mar 2016But htc m8 already got 6.0Yeah mate.
The M8 was supposed to get it before the M9
Lord Bayron, 11 Mar 2016quick question guys...last year I skipped buying a new phone due to overheating SD810...now th... moreHi.
since music is a great factor to you, i recommend that you go for this device as the M10 won't be having boomsound speakers like the M9
Regarding about the overheating issue, i have not experienced it since i have updated it to android 6 marshmallow and i had received my update in January. so far so good.
about the battery, if your going to use the phones speakers as the output, then the phone would probably last you about 3/4 of the day and will probably require a recharge. and if you are planning on crazy gaming using this device it will last you half the day. otherwise general use will last you the whole day without bailing on you.
i have experienced it as this device is my daily driver. if you have any other queries about the device, you may ask me email: email@example.com
quick question guys...last year I skipped buying a new phone due to overheating SD810...now the prices lowered I have a question...Should I wait for the m10 or should I take One m9 insted...camera is not so important to me, I'm a huge music consumer so I need good speakers
Alos does the M9 overheat with the new marshmallow and what0s the battery life of the M9 with the marshmallow on the phone?
For all those waiting for the android 6 update. It is rolling out a slow pace around the world, I had received mine in January due to the region I was in. You might have to wait for some time depending on how the roll out status is in your country.
does the htc one m9 (NOT m9+) have finger print scanner to unlock my phone
AnonD-498245, 09 Mar 2016pls tell me
comparing both m9 and m9+ in all aspects like camera, sound and performance..
whi... moreboth devices have their pros and cons
htc one m9 (my daily driver)
-performace is fantastic and after updating to android 6, it has been much smoother
-camera not as great as the s6 or the G4 but does the job pretty well. pics turn out quite clear
-uses snapdragon 810 which used to heat up when it was on android 5.1.1 but not any more
htc one m9+
-has a fingerprint scanner
-uses a mediatek chip which is inferior to snapdragon but is pretty smooth and fast flowing
-camera is similar just dont know the use of the second camera on the top how it helps
otherwise the phones are similar to each other and both are great devices
