This phone's build quality is great. The weight is of the phone is just right, enough for me to notice that's it's still in my pocket. However, this phone lacks power to fully utilize ICS, so stay away from this phone if you fall under the following:
- Running multiple apps at the same time
- Uses a lot of social networking applications that causes a lot of syncing
- Plays the latest games on the phone
- Has a LOT of contacts in the phone (~500)
But this phone is great at its current price, you just need to adjust and know how to use it the best way given its limitations on power.

I simply fail to understand why people are complaining so much about this phone,i'm using it for quite some time now,didn't face any issues whatsoever regarding making calls or opening msgs,it works pretty smooth,the screen is fantastic,sound is good,youtube is a treat to watch,temple run,agent dash,subway surfers and other games run smoothly on it,don't know why people are hating it so much,or may be i'm blessed with a non-problamtic phone.

I need... moredude its best fone at tht price..first knw how to use it..keep ur screen always dry..ur moisture from hand will affect its touch...im using this fone from 1 year-5months...no single problem....

This phone really sucks! It always, ALWAYS hangs. It works very slowly if works at all. I need to stop all apps by task manager if I wish to open messages, contact list (People), Viber or sometimes Gmail, and I am sure many other apps that I don't dare install on my phone because it may break down!! I usually need to restart the phone so that it connects to internet over mobile network (not Wi-Fi). In addition to all above, the phone frequently restarts itself without notice even if I am not working with it. I was warned by a friend ever not to buy HTC, and I very much regret it now ... :-(

Worst phone ever seen & used. It hangs very frequently. Always gets error as Contact Storage not responding even afrer reinstalling.

This is the worst phoneI have ever owned.It becomesterribly slow and laggy. When tryingto makecalls, quite oftennothinghappensand then maybe as longas 1 minutelater it makesthe call without you noticing.Messagestake forever to load, even the addressbook doesnotalways respondwith the incomingcallersname. I've really neverhad sucha shockingphone...getting too delay whenever u go to msg or calling ....it gets very long time to open....

frnds me too had a problem with calling...it would take 2 minutes to connect a call....but after deleting contacts pics its very fast....within no time it connects for call...just if u have same problem u can try...im using this fone from 14 months...

This is the worst phone I have ever owned. It becomes terribly slow and laggy. When trying to make calls, quite often nothing happens and then maybe as long as 1 minute later it makes the call without you noticing. Messages take forever to load, even the address book does not always respond with the incoming callers name. I've really never had such a shocking phone. My years old iphone 3GS outperforms it easily. It needs regular shutting down to start behaving normally. Actually it needs a sledgehammer landing on it very hard with parts sent back to the head of HTC.
