Misa, 08 Aug 2017is a good phone ,only to found out that it lost software when i go to fix it they said it can'... moreSearch for the Stock ROM by putting in your model details online. One of the results should be from the Huawei website directly. Download the ROM. From previous experience with Stock ROMs, you should have to unzip the main file, and one of the contents should be a PDF with instructions on how to go about reloading your ROM.
Otherwise, download the file & search on You Tube for how to go about reloading a Stock ROM for the model you have. Even if You Tube results aren't for your exact phone, a similar one will give you a good indication on how to go about it.
Alternatively, search online for how to root your phone & load a Custom ROM on afterwards. XDA Developers and/or Modaco should or might have options for your phone.
is a good phone ,only to found out that it lost software when i go to fix it they said it can't be fixed i'm so disappointed on it now my heart bleed.is there anything i can do?
if u buy this phone ur a tottaly dunky. cuz they said it has 8gb but its not. its has 4gb, even u use only 2gb for ur app and media, it is pic of shit. i wast my money. i hate huwei.....
I have one! an annoying piece of junk. It does not power down automatically. the screen keeps burning battery. It constantly turns itself on in my pocket and randomly plays videos. The flash light keeps turning itself on in my pocket.. And its latest trick was to change operating language on me. since I don't speak Indonesian that was a real pain. I had to go on line and google instructions on how to change it back. If I was relying on the phone I would have been screwed.
I got my Huawei Y3ii in December and love it. But, storage of 8gigs is not good. Limiting the number of apps you can download. If you store your contacts on the phone (with more details incl email etc) it quickly uses a lot of space and I'm constantly having to delete apps and transfer contacts to sim which I don't like. So for just using casually, it's brilliant, but as a mini office, the storage is very limiting. Storage cards help with photos, but you can't put your apps on them.
Anonymous, 09 Jul 2017Are you serious? I intends to buy one Y3 4G phone tomorrow.is it the one Globacom is offering that you want to buy?
I enjoy using this phone, but my complaint is on battery life and the camera when you try to pictures during the night, they become blurry and unclear. Pretty much it is a smart phone👍
I bought this in October 2016 and so far it's good. I don't use the camera, so I don't care that its only 5MP. My only complaint is the screen, other than that the phone is fine. If you want to browse websites, read news, play some games (I mostly play Weiqi and text-based RPGs so I don't waste a lot of battery) and read books, this phone is perfect.
Like I said - the only drawback for me is that the screen is subpar.

Anwar, 24 Apr 2017Huawei Y5C OR Huawei Y3II Which one is better?HUAWEI Y3 ii has 2100 mAh battery capacity
HUAWEI Y5 has the same
HUAWEI Y3 rus on Android 5.1
HUAWEI Y5 runs on the same os
HUAWEI Y3 has a 4.5 screen size display
HUAWEI Y5 has a 5.0 screen size display
HUAWEI Y3 has 4GB ROM
HUAWEI Y5 has 8GB ROM
HUAWEI Y3 has 5MP back and 2MP frount camera
HUAWEI Y5 has 8MP back and 5MP frount camera
With the above break down of the specifications of the two models, it should be able to lead you through which one to for.
Both models are better but, it depends on your desires and which one you can afford for.
NNNNN, 31 May 2017wanted to get this fone but was put off by the battery life. 2100mah is too poor compared to ... moreIs there anyway you should compear a 5000 mAh battery to 2100 mAh battery capacity. I think you were just miss thinking and over expecting.
However, I have equally used Tecno L8 and L8 plus. That's a device with a 5.5 screen size, so if Tecno gave you 5000 mAh battery in that model doesn't mean HUAWEI should give you same in their Y3 ii model. I recently used the HUAWEI Y3 ii, that's a device with a 4.5 screen size. With the 2100 mAh battery, to me it was ok not poor. I was impressed with the battery performance despite the fact that I am a heavy user.
If you need a high battery capacity device from HUAWEI smart phones, then go for HUAWEI G Power or HUAWEI G Power Y6.
Moreover, you should know that if we were to talk about software and graphics in smart phones, HUAWEI has it higher and better than Tecno.
HUAWEI should be reated as grandfathers to Tecno and not the way you compeared them, that's my point.
I am not a fan to HUAWEI nither Tecno but, I wish to let you know that that's the rob.
wanted to get this fone but was put off by the battery life. 2100mah is too poor compared to my tecno L8 with a 5050mah
I bougtht this model, the screen looks nice, I dont need internet very much. Despite that fact the battery life was too short, having to recharge everyday. I had to disable some features, and lower retroilumination to the halve, now the phone can resit two days.
I know it is not even close to the 30 days in the old days of nokia, but now i am happy.
Thank you gsmarena for the acurate data.
