I've ordered the Huawei Y6, but it's on backorder. I asked the store what size ram does this phone have and was told 500 mb. I assumed the specs above "1/2 GB RAM" meant you either get a 1 or 2 GB ram, not 500 mb. Also am not happy about the choice of colours as I don't think anywhere in SA can you get a gold Huawei Y6

This phone is good on battery and camera. However this phone does not support OTG. That means you cannot connect with external USB or SD memory. I am very surprised to see nowadays a phone cannot support OTG. It is very disappointed. Moreover the spec saying that it can take 1080 FHD video but actually it can only take 720p, not 1080p. I really hate vertial keys, it reduce the actual display side. If you are going to buy this phone, please stop and reconsider again!

I wanted gold colour as shown but I was told there is black and white only. It is unfair to me as a customer. Just imagine using a colour you don't want for 24 months , paying the instrument you don't want.
Give customers what they want, plz.

My Huawei Y6 is 2days old and no apps downloaded yet, however both front facing and back cameras have awesome quality but a slight delay in videos meaning the sound is before the actual camera ? Also the beauty filter is built in and cannot find where to turn it off ? Is there anything I can do to change this ?

However Internal speaker is imho disappointing.

i do not use it in gaming or ... moreFrequently use of social networking or net browsing might be the cause of heating though I also don't play games much. Facing this issue now.

Markus, 25 Apr 2016How is the camera (front and back) of thin phone?Though it's back camera is 8 megapixel and takes decent photos under daylight and front is 2. I experienced so so under low light. Overall not bad.
