IFA 2020

The popular trade show IFA Berlin will not go ahead as normal this year, but instead adopt an innovative new concept that is yet to be detailed.

The organizers officially cancelled the usual event in accordance with the new German law that forbids any public events with more than 5,000 participants until October 24.

Instead the trade show will adopt an "innovative concept", which will likely see large portions being replaced by online events. IFA organizers gfu and Messe Berlin have anticipated the impending cancellation due to the current pandemic and have worked hard on alternative plan for the show. They will give more information about the new IFA event in the near future.

They could just wear protective full body suits. Otherwise it may be either virtual tour or some reviewers will get the real product.
