After setting up the time, the clock when it is on screen lock is running but the clock on the upper right corner of the phone is not. Please help.

After using this phone for more than a week I'm having problem with the clock on the upper right corner of the phone. The clock on the screen lock is good but I always depend on the clock on the right corner of the phone. Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried to switch on the Automatic date and time even the automatic time zone but its not running it just stock up to the time that I had set. Please help. Maybe factory reset will work but I don't want to start downloading apps and games again.

Hi! A859 lenovo users.. I've been using this phone for more than a week. Everything is working fine even the battery is good you just have to click the calibration in the power manager when you charge your phone make sure you always charge your phone when the battery level is below 15%, customize your phone to save battery specially the brightness make it as much as low as possible, change the network settings to GSM only don't use 3G,use Ultimate saving mode when you're in the office and the battery will absolutely last for a long period of time.

The settings for proximity is under the display settings. You may please check it because I don't put mobile in pockets, infact I don't have any in my dresses.

Abhi, 05 Jun 2014can we use pattern lock to unlock the phone. is the touch response good after applying screen guard.Yeah my friend you can use pattern unlock feature. Touch is good infact too good with matte screen guard. No major flaws except the one mentioned buy one recently here,the problem occurring while receiving a call. I think you have to enable the proximity sensor to avoid this mishap

i m happy with phone with respect to everythng.. BUT at the same time i m into a damn irritating problem that on recieving a call... before i pull out phne from my jeans or trouser. either the incoming call gets recvd or rejected depending upon the phone position in pocket ..it happens in almost all cases n reason is because the receiving or rejecting call is by sliding up and down respectivly... unlike samsung n other brand who offers choice side ways.. so this problem sounds unusuall but it of most importance since at times we directly have to speak witout knowing whose call is recieved. i m so much unhappy.. :( hoping for some solution on it.... n yes.. if befor pulling out from pocket nothin happens... then too screen is unopertable.. i hav to press power for 2 times and then it allows me to eithr recv or reject call.... hop this genuine reply will help buyers and lenovo to work on it...

Really it's a good phone compare to other brand . This is a budget cost to buy a phone......

Dino, 04 Jun 2014can this phone to update to 4.4 kitkat ?Yeah they have noted kitkat update soon. But not yet confirmed on that . Still waiting to get the update. They have released kitkat updates for vibe series recently.
