saifur rahman, 23 Oct 2015Overall it's a great tab ...infact one of the best within that price tag when I bought this in... moreUsing a chromecast on an lg tv the casting was as simple as possible. There is a icon in the quick setting menu .... you know the drop down one and the chromecast tv simply mirrored the screen.
RockZ4EveR, 17 Sep 2015Am using same and it's working fine,,, format it using the tab By the way anyone found tha... moreMay I know how to format the Samsung C10 SX1 64GB Micro SD card using the Lenovo S8-50LC tablet. Seems like the tablet can't recognize the Samsung Micro SD card.
my s8 tablet has been broken on july 5 2015 but there parts are not been in india yet so please set the parts early please
Overall it's a great tab ...infact one of the best within that price tag when I bought this in some time around july'15 ...however one of the thing that really disappoints me about this tab is the screen mirroring or casting to other devices, TVs..just like most of the lenovo devices, it says to be functioned with the mirroing option but I really doubt that option..coz it failed with almost every Samsung TVs I tried and also the sony & lg ones....so if you are someone who wants to watch movies with family mirrored from this device to the , then its not the device... only other way cast the screen then is via an app from the playstore but most of them fails with device except my n screen..
So far other then this disappointment its a great one
Did u find a way to adjust desired mannual custom equaliser settings as u like,,,,, am not able to adjust the more then 12db, they simply falling down to 12db.
Battery back is too weak, with update of lollipop may give more juice but lenovo was not releasing it so far.
once I tried to play angry birds 2 but it's heating up like furnace in minutes and it shows some warnings too like thermal,,,,,,
Been using Lenovo Tab S8 (S8-50LC) since July'15 untill now (Oct'15), & here are what i feel about it:
- Full phone function (Call, SMS, 3G, 4G)
- Light & thin
- Good display
- Loud but clear audio
- Expandable memory/storage
- OTG support
- Nice primary & front camera (for tablet)
- Powerful devices (CPU + RAM); good for gaming
- Battery last long up to 2 days with MINIMUM usage/standby time
* Recommend device for its good specifications, performance & its price; so far no lag/hang issues
- Heating issues for gaming
- Battery drain quickly for longer period of gaming (around 2-3 hours)
* Except heating & battery performance while gaming, i didn't find much issues with this device
nesma, 27 Oct 2014can i find it in Egypt ??????yes you can check the below
Dont be too eager to do an OTA update for Lenovo Tablets. I have 3 Lenovo tablets that fails doing OTA (I was damn lucky as it just terminate the update , other users had bootloop/blackscreen/no boot) @ of my A8-A5500 lucky thing I had the SPFlashTool version ROM and TWRP but another Tab2 A7-30 fails to OTA and although I have the Lollipop OTA file I did not do the OTA as I dont have CWM/TWRP for KitKat (only availble for Lollipop). These are my 9th Tablet as the rest are 10inch tablet and Lenovo 6 inch phones. I would rather have a working Tablet than the "wrangling" of upgrade to Lollipop and ending up with a non working tablet.
Next month I am going to buy a Lenovo Phab Plus with Lollipop out of the box.
Oh well, I just got an update.... the f*cking update matrix just got updated.. nice.... .... lenovo got the matrix updated.... who cares about the matrix.... release the OTA
