LG G4 S will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset

The upcoming LG G4 S will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset with octa-core CPU and Adreno 405 GPU. A GFXBench benchmark entry revealed the specs of the Korean manufacturer’s upcoming mid-ranger.

In line with a past rumor, the rest of the device’s specs include 5.2” 1080p display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable memory, 8MP main camera, and 5MP front-facing unit. LG G4 S will boot Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.

As expected the device will include a rich connectivity suite. The latter’s options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC.

There is no word on the launch date of LG G4 S. We doubt it will be a long wait before the smartphone makes its official debut.
