That tempered glass and carbon fiber materials used are very appealing. This phone would be very durable, and is also beautiful. I hope it becomes available very soon so I can already buy it & show it off.

It does have both a touchpad and a touchscreen.
My friend has this phone cause his dad works for LG, and I got to use it.
The UI is pretty fast and the camera is much better than the viety's, with very short shutter speeds + save speeds.
Another cool thing is the haptic feedbacks and that the touch keys react with a small animation on each key.
Although it does have a touch screen, it is normally turned off, and you can turn the touchscreen function on with a button on the right side of the phone.
Once you press it, a message shows up notifying that the touchscreen has been enabled.

LG is slowly becoming very interesting with phones, TV, Hifi... Kind of like Samsung a few years ago.
First there was Sony, then Samsung, then LG ?

this phone also has motion sensor so you can play games like dart, fishing -- sort of like WII.
cool features and great looks make this the best phone of the year i think..

If you look at the video mentionned before, you'll see it has a touch screen, as well as touch keys aroud the big central key. So it is exactly like a Viewty with a standard sliding keyboard added

it has not got a touchscreen,
it has touch sensitive buttons, yes...those are the ones that make u want to break a vase every time you give that feeble movement to "press" a button

guys, this phone is just gorgeous!
i had a chance to play with it today and guess what
i loved the grip and the screen awesome
and surprise, it supports 23 languages i even tried chinese with it though i coudnt understand anything... what a smart cheek

Cool phone! when and where is this phone available? I saw my b-friend's viewty and I was so impressed with the technology features on that phone. I am sure this is better - looks and features

just had training from lg on this phone at my company, played around with the device, amazing!! screen is scratch proof, drop proof, bomb proof lol...

It would have been perfect for me if it came with a 3.0 or at least 2.8 inch display. 2.4 is too small for such a lovely glass touchscreen.
