Pros:
1. Very good camera in brightlight and dimlight
2. Video recording with 30 frames/second
3. Inbuilt Bluetooth ftp settings
4. Attractive look
5. Tv out
6. High sound quility earphone with 3.5mm audio jack
7. No virus problem
8. Battery life is good (depending upon user)
Cons:
1. Worst inbuit browser
2. Java games and apps hangs oftenly
3. No marking option for bluetooth
4. No downloadable themes
5. No proper pc suite (lg pc suite are available only for newer touchscreen phones)(older Fly mobile pc suite have to be use)
6. Useless camera flash
7. Image viewer, music and video player can not scan folder other than their respective one
8. Worst body color material used
9. Low audio o/p from loudspeaker.

gopi, 16 Feb 2011same with me. on removing charger sometimes it shutdowns. and activated only when charger is c... moredidn't take 2 service. still sticking with d same method--remove the charger from phone b4 disconnecting power. it works n no other trouble. y take 2 service n develop new trouble??

cool, 10 Jun 2010try removing the charger from the phone before switching off the power supply. donno y this wo... moresame with me. on removing charger sometimes it shutdowns. and activated only when charger is connected.
But solved this after LG service. The worst thing is now my phones vibration gone away. stupid LG service. Any way good phone. very bad sound(speaker).

I am using this phone from last 2 years 3 months.
I am very satisfied with phone.
only Sound is less but not that much
Camera is very good when photo taken in light & phone display is great.
thousands of images/video I taken and enjoying memories by storing it in Computer.
I am happy to see this phone is still in market.
I faced problem in Blue tooth transfer but later got repaired by service station.. yet no problem.

This is the worst handset i have ever had...
Hell lot of complaints....Shuts down suddenly....low battery life etc...
Dont buy this phone...

i bought lg kp320 for my dad he likes it very much gets very happy wen c the pictures on tv through tv out option its a great phone good value 4 money
