I wouldn't expect any more updates past this...
4.1.2 didn't even arrive in Brazil.

Anybody know if there's an update coming to 4.3 or 4.4? I have heard that LG will skip 4.3 and will go for 4.4 instead, but I'm afraid the phones of the first Optimus L-series will not get the update. I hope I'm wrong, cause an update to at least 4.3 with project butter will be nice.

I don't know what people expect from 160$(~120€) smartphone.
You all haters just look at the phones price and then at its specs (single core, 512MB RAM). Only thing that you guys must do is to reach deeper in your wallet and buy yourself a zillion core smartphone. Problem solved!

LG-p705g, horrible phone, horrible brand name. LG succeeded at going back to their previous brand name quality, remember the GoldStar? Same company, different name, same quality, Junk.

I got this phone last year and the battery is easy to drain and slow but when I reformat it. It all changes dunno why.. the battery didn't exhaust that much as before and its not laggy anymore easy to response

So solu... moreFirst it was slowest phone ever but know fastes phone ever i run 4.1.2 jely bean remember to boot recovery mode and clear caches and dalvik caches or clear all internal data and caches before u update new firmware or rom of an android version

Horrible phone. It was my only option at the time with my carrier and has a very laggy and unresponsive experience. If I could describe the phone in one word, I would say "Frustrating" because everything you try to do with it either takes an eternity or doesn't happen. I used this phone for 1.5 years until I got a nexus 5 last week which is light years faster. I feel bad for anybody who has to use this phone especially if it's their first android phone because it might give the person a bad impression on the android platform.

I have this phone for 8 monts. Worst s..t evey i have in my life. Extremly slow, lags everytime... tried all offical ROM's and Custom ROM's (Slibean, CM10.2 and CM11 Kit Kat)

aggelosz, 21 Jan 2014With kitkat cm 11 rom the phone is very fast,smooth and no lags.Only bad no radio fm.Where did you find cm 4.4 ? I am following threads on xda and i've tried kitkat by dev cr3pt. Are you talking about the same ROM ?

martin, 23 Jan 2014how do you update you P700, it says it is max to 4.0.3 and i see in the comments you updated i... moreStock max is 4.1.2., any higher software is "custom fitted"... check xda-developer forum for details.
