I bought this phone if you download they say pending
1.i off the automatic update time and restart the phone and the downloading started to work
2 my phone was slow photos was not viewable WhatsApp chat was not opening and my brother told me I should change the memory card when I change it that was all
Come and see my everything is on track

Firstly, there are no... moreOfficial Instagram app is available, similar in function as in andriod/ios & don't expect snapchat as snapchat CEO hate wp os, and send legal notice s to those 3rd party developer who made Snapchat for wp. And messenger/Facebook official app is comming too soon and its available in beta form evenif you want to taste them, just change your region to germany and you will find facebook (beta) & messenger(beta) and both are nearly feature complete when compared to ios/andriod

Lumia 550 has been an amazing phone. Looks nice, and with a gorgeous screen for its price range. Apps work well, Windows Store is getting more and Camera is good!
Wish it has wireless charging but ok!

I think that this phone is okay but it could be a THOUSAND times better. Firstly, there are no official apps for snapchat and instagram, and the official apps for thing like Vine need updating. Then the phone will sometimes freeze and shut down even at full battery. Microsoft can do a lot better than this.

Please dont spread negativity about nokia luma 550 phone is very much best than an android phone and battery back of nokia phone is unchallenged by anyone so please stop spreading negativity. Nokia phones are good for battery life and hanging problem is not there then any other android phone

I am very disappointed by Lumia 550. Battery doesn't last 12 hours with normal use. I tried everything, including complete resetting, I followed all the advices suggested by Microsoft help page, unsuccessfully. At the moment, I have all possible functions deactivated, but the problem remains. I cannot recharge it twice a day. So I am using my Lumia 550 just as a simple phone (no Internet, no music, no films, no GPS, no Wifi, no Bluetooth, no Calendar, no Cortana), and still it is much inferior even to a simple phone. I wouldn't call this "smart". Sorry

this Lumia 550 is the worst phone I have ever used, not only have I had to exchange the phone 3 times, I constantly have to reset the phone and then still cannot download a thing. it is simply the worst phone I have ever had to use. the first ever nokia phone was better than this phone

very bad phone.......... must not buy..... go for android..... very bad cameras .... heating problem while playing games.... the battery too doesnt last long
