I'm using a dual sim Microsoft Lumia 950. Since the day I bought this phone, I've been unable to update it. When I click on phone update all I get is a message saying "Checking for updates" ..... Then after about 45 minutes of "searching" for updates it says unable to download updates... This phone is constantly overheating even when absolutely no apps are running in the background... And the battery life is abysmal to say the least... A 3000 mAh battery cannot provide more than 3 or 4 hours use - In fact the battery gets drained fast even when on standby mode... ?????!!!!!!! Useless phone... Never again Microsoft....!

I bought this phone in April and I have been using it very sparingly since I have a Lumia 640XL LTE which works very well and has a good battery life. But this Lumia 950 is the greatest let down in the phones I have ever bought since the year 2000 when I bought Ericsson T28. It overheats, hangs and is very slow. I have reset it to factory settings twice including one by the dealers themselves but nothing doing. Currently its returned to the dealers. I am considering buying something else as I wait. probably a Lenovo.

gaurav big-G, 02 Jun 2016Instagram is very pathetic in Wimdows 10,Facebook is not upto the mark ,FAce book Messenger no... moredont agree with any of that ms apps everywhere are equal with just little ui changes here and there. you dont expect exactly the same settings to be in the same place on all platforms and fyi instagram has released an official uw 10 app its on the store right now facebook and messenger are in betas and would soon be released to the general public

Conrad, 10 Apr 2016I see a lot of people who have this preconceived notion that Windows Phones lack good apps, se... moreInstagram is very pathetic in Wimdows 10,Facebook is not upto the mark ,FAce book Messenger not support Video calling,Whataap crashing sometime,Paytm apps having problem,SBI all card redeem apps not available in Windows store.Cortana not work perfectly in Windows 10,Microsoft camera apps and Microsoft Map replaces Lumia camera and Here drive map but they are not performing exactly like that.Camera asps takes too much time to save capture picture.Now how could you say Windows phone having a good Quality apps actually Windows store is just paralysed developers didn't show any interest for Windows store.On paper Windows commitment was great but in reality they have no potential to compete with Android and IOS.Its better for Microsoft a software giant company (no doubt) to develop more apps for Android and IOS yes it's true all Microsoft apps working brilliantly over Android and IOS but they fails to perform in its own Windows platform.

Very Good Phone. The battery lasts for a Day on normal usage with Wifi enabled and a little lesser if using 4G. Display is Awesome. Love to use it.

Had the phone for around 3 months now. Haven't had any overheating issues, it's a good start to continuum...i just notice bit of slow down when using edge on a monitor as opposed to just the phone. Rest of the apps that are continuum compatible run good. The retina scanner is quick and much more secure than a touch ID.
The mozo backs are a nice touch allowing you to change the whole style of your phone without having to add a case.
App catalogue can be sparse depending on what your looking for, but a lot of the major items are there to use.

Its produces lot of heat & shutdowns suddenly. Not worth buying this phone.Please do not go for this. Rather go for lumia 930, which is an excellent icon piece from Nokia.

Which are freeeeee in android Windows phone no customisation About icon, cant change app name no live wallpaper No themes Better than android in terms of performance But android still is better windows. Most apps are uselesss pics art for e.g. Work. Slow not as android plzzzzzzz goo for Htc 10 Lg g5 Note 5 Galaxy s7 Won't regret really

Evrithing is well except battery life & another big problem is heating issue....

Unsafe and unreliable phone.
Gets very hot during standby
Loosing connections (BT / Wifi / Data)
Turns itself off.
No support or repair from Microsoft.
Better look for something Else!
