Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 is coming this year, most likely in October, and last month its AnTuTu score got leaked showing massive improvements compared to the original 8 Elite.
Today a new rumor out of China shares some more details about Qualcomm's next top of the line SoC. It is said to be using second-generation Oryon CPU Cores, which will increase performance by about 25%.
The GPU's independent cache is also allegedly growing from 12MB to 16MB, and GPU performance will be increased by about 30% overall. The chip will support LPDDR5X and LPDDR6 RAM too.
Those are all the details revealed today. The Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 is looking like a very solid upgrade compared to its predecessor for sure, and more leaks and rumors about it are definitely coming in the next few months, so stay tuned.

chill dawg, there's nothing wrong with expecting more efficient upgrade but the thoughts of going outside for awhile also good for personal health so yeah you have some point there
Shut up about efficiency. If one day of usage is not enough for you, you need to touch grass. The existing SD 8 Elite is one of the most efficient chips on the planet. Don't be dumb.
