This info is only for US version, for International version you only have 32GB/2GB RAM and no compass!!!!! but then you get NFC which I do not use for anything anyways, but overall is a great phone.... just wish Motorola shipped the US version worldwide

It would have great if the volume via speaker was 20% more. Via the headphone jack its good.
The Phone is well build and the performance is so nice. But If you are A Photographer then this will not help you in any aspects and the picture clarity is not good in Both the rear and front camera and Doesn't it shows anything extradinary in The Camera Quality..
Hi, what about the sound quality of this mobile. is it loud & clear while playing music and videos without headset. please reply me
Anonymous, 17 Apr 2017From morning to night you use mobile?? Dont you have any other job?I mean... heavy using.
Wanting to buy this phone mostly because of the price. But I also read (and seen on videos) that app reloading/apps not being kept in memory is very common which is a sign of poor memory management and poor software optimizations. True?
This review is for people who bought Moto G5 Plus in India.
1. Phone is good in terms of Performance - Gaming, Multiple Apps working simultaneously, etc.
2. Camera is not as Good. If do Macro Photography, this ones doesn't do justice. Software Update is required.
3. Why so much hustle on Compass. My previous phone was Mi4i, even though it had a compass, still struggled on Google Maps. If you have Good Network presence this phone will not fail you in Navigation. I used this in my recent trip to Ooty. Had a Nice Experience.
4. Battery is Good.
5. All those fools who thought Moto is manufacturing phones in China, it's clear they didnt own a Moto since Moto G4 plus launched. This Moto G5 Plus is Made in India.
6. I'm happy till now.. :)
Still no LED notification :-(
Come on Motorola, bring it back. Your notification app is not as useful as the LED notification light. I could see from across the room if I had a missed call / message. With your silly notification app I have to move my phone!
Anonymous, 16 Apr 2017none of the xiaomi user faced any problem which you listed here. i think you did not used any... moreMost xiaomi phones have issues which you will come to know after 8 months mostly, heating issue is always there as they use 2A charger mostly, which isn't that big issue as every fast charging phone will have this issue, build quality is not that great for old phones new ones are fine to good, but lags a lot after a year or so, even if you use a 4g sim internet speed is pretty slow, screen is horrible, after a year you might start getting yellow patches which is mostly unnoticeable until there's a light background, gaming performance is good with some minor lags even in newly released phones, but according to price range it's good, if you want good performance and features at a very low price and planning to use your phone for 1 1/2 to 2 years redmi phone is for you
