Samsung Android

Just recently, Samsung launched a new, entry-level Galaxy J2 2017 Edition smartphone. And now, it looks like another variant of this phone is in the pipeline. The device carries the model designation SM-J250G, and has been spotted on Geekbench and GFXBench.

As for specs, the benchmark listings contradict when it comes to SoC - while Geekbench says it's Snapdragon 430, GFXBench suggests it could be Snapdragon 425. Anyway, the phone sports a 5-inch display, and comes with 1.5GB RAM and 16GB internal memory.

It features an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front shooter. OS is Android 7.1.1 Nougat. There's currently no information on when the handset will be made official, and what price tag it will carry.

Moto E2 had it, but that phone had great battery life and was more compact with 4,5" screen. If Samsung made this 540p but with good battery life and 4" it would be a nice basic smartphone.
