I think the Google service framework trick works but I don't want to try it because a Google Engineer recommended not to do it.

People relax. No need to post the region because OTA Update is random. I think the OTA is taking longer than expected for the wifi issues, maybe Google is trying to control the update till they have a fix for it or something like that, just guessing.
