Seeing that iOS does not run on JAVA and do not have the constant memory dump it does not require the extra RAM or processing power, even an extra gig of ram would not hurt has seen in the iPad Air 2.

Whichever co. use MediaTek for flagship model is equal to digging own graveyard. Consumers have perception that this chipset is rather cheapstake stuffs.

This is a prototype phone,that's why the score is so low.it can't even utilize all the 8 cores.the frequency also doesn't match mt6795.this must be s810 version.

Same as how we don't know the performance of the 801, 810 etc. until it is tested in an iPhone.
You can't compare numbers from two different operating systems to see which chip is better. This is just extremely poor testing methods.

Wouldnt be so sure about this one but it does make some kind of sense, the Chinese market care about number of cores more than performance, similar to Indian market where lots of people even think those crappy quadcores perform better than Apple A7 and A8 lol. Its just very different markets, we dont have to try to understand why, just accept that they are completely different and that its not really any of our business as long as they dont try to fool the rest of the world into buying those substandard devices.
