This phone is good as it shows that SE are coming up with some fantastic technologies. Although I don't see anything else nice about this phone, screen has no colour, no camera, who knows what else is missing there... Even if I had 700 euros, I wouldn't spend it on this phone.

SE just shows us that they have the technologies beyond our expectations. Until now all phones offers GPS, WIFI, MP Camera, etc. etc. This is a fresh tech from the oven that can make people thinking different. And we did.

well se cud hv made this a touchscreen phone. optical touchscreen can hv multitouch and anything can touch it (eg stylus, finger, fingernail...). also since it is placed around the screen rather than on it making any kind of screen a touchscreen is possible.

The Xperia Pureness will launch on october in the same time when SE announce they new slogan : "make.believe" .I think SE want to convince us that nothing is impossible in the future.

Although this phone's really just a fashion phone, at least now we know we have the technology and ability to manufacture such a unit. The concept was out there long ago, but this certainly will innovate more technological advancements in the future. Imagine the future of computer monitors etc.! (One nice looking thin piece of glass on your desk)
Wonder if the Pureness' screen + LG Crystal keypad will look nice when combined =]

no privacy with the screen is transparent. other people can't what are you viewing on your phone. only black and white while today all the phone are color screen. even a cheap one also has color. what a waste! not going to buy it!
