AnonD-352420, 08 Sep 2015Of course you can, only because you don't think so, it can still be possible ;)
Actually, thi... moreThey can run fully native in Portrait mode? this is the feature here of this
I never see any tablets or android to run full-size 2 apps in portrait mode(not landscape)

I'm curious who their target market is. IPad is a leisure item, not so much a productivity item. People use iPads for simplicity. I foresee a lot of confused individuals at the Apple store trying to figure out the feature. Knowing Apple, I'd stay away from first generation anyway. Also, I'd rather put that $ toward a laptop. $500/$600 is fine for an iPad, but not $1000.
not buying this even if they offer it for free.
my eyes are on the samsung note pro talet with 12.1 inch screen

Actually, this features are on a ton of Android devices for a long time and guess what? They work right how they should work :D iOS could have had them before but that would have needed more ram and less money for Apple :D
another alternative i think is to buy a convertible laptop, like the TP yoga 12 or 14. some models sell below 1000 usd.

Yes I carry smartphone everywhere, but not tablet. That thing still way to big for my pocket. So what the difference does it have with PC?
Wau, Apple invented multi window feature! New magical thing! Never seen before. We are implemented it in a better way than our opponents! Only our screen has the right aspect ratio! :D ;-)
Kettzy, 08 Sep 2015You don't carry PC/Mac everywhere you go. It's not about comparing PC/mac with mobiles or tabl... moreWhat a terrible and misinformed analogy. Houses and cars don't serve the same purpose. Tablets and PCs do the same thing. Tablets are just gimped PCs. They serve the same purpose. Split screen? That's the amazing feat of Android/iOS tablets? Ha! In a few years they might be able to finally split the screen between 4 apps! Amazing! There is nothing innovative in the Android/iOS tablet world. That are just catching up to laptops.
Shell, 08 Sep 2015I don't think they run 2 apps at full-size so yea, fingerprint was on the market for a long tim... moreand call apple touch id useless and gimmick ~ while android fingerprint is very useful , everybody need it ~
Kettzy, 08 Sep 2015You don't carry PC/Mac everywhere you go. It's not about comparing PC/mac with mobiles or tabl... moreSorry to say but the Macbook is even smaller than this ipad and its a Mac and you can carry with you.
So the only diff is this is touch and the mac has OSX and is not touch.
So is not a house vs car, its a house vs apartment so kind of same purpose depends of what you need
Lol... It says, Apple will also feature an optional "Stylus" and keyboard. I hope ifans don't start claiming that Samsung copied force sensing stylus too. I hope they know Galaxy note tabs.
AnonD-397942, 08 Sep 2015Samsung and lg already do that feature.Pple still left behind,so poor....I don't think they run 2 apps at full-size so yea, fingerprint was on the market for a long time in pc/mobile but almost no one use it, until Apple perfect it and everyone makes it and use it

It's not about comparing PC/mac with mobiles or tablets. It's about comparing tablets with tablets and phones with phones. What you're doing is like comparing a house to a car.
Revolutionary!
And then we will see some fans claiming that Samsung has stolen/copied multi-window from apple.
Wouldn't buy this for $1000, or even $500, or even $1
However I am interested to see how capable this tablet is and the technology behind it.
