Moto is the only company that master android OS and even surpasse HTC on android phones. And Microsoft want motorola for sure that the simple raison of this non sense.
IOS and Bada are not good OS in my point of view.

Microsoft is going insane over android popularity !
Seriously man ! if u cant make a OS which can compete your rival OS , u better start looking for alternative than suing others for nonsense stuff.
In short, Microsoft is not getting enough notice it expects ! So it is trying to gain some popularity in the market before the launch of Win7 OS.
Good Job Microsoft , sorry moto for being the jack of the game!

HTC was also tricked into paying royalties for these so-called "patents" by Microsoft by giving a share of the profit it makes to MS per unit of Android-based phone it sold. That's business there for you.
