Sold my Samsung S7 after two weeks ownership, terrible battery life and tons of bloatware that I could not remove. On top of that difficulties having to root the device. Most likely , Samsung are mining tons of data from the non removable bloatware installed on the s7 handset. Would never touch a Samsung mobile ever again. Happy with my stock Android Xiaomi Mi 1.
Its true. I have sumsung z4 mobile and its not suport apk files. I have lost my money after buy this device.
It appears that a lot of people on here don't really understand the concept of good business. In order for a company Such as Samsung, Sony or even Apple to succeed and create repeat business opportunities it must cater to the needs of its customers. If they make a product that their customers don't like they will make no money from it. Obviously you cant please everyone that is how brand loyalty develops. Companies must put their customers needs at the very core of their product design. Of course they are trying to make a profit, every single solitary individual on this planet is trying to make a profit. To pretend otherwise is extremely naïve. In other words companies must keep their customers happy or they will take their money else where.
andrewuna, 14 Oct 2016That's a very senile comparison... How can anyone in their right mind compare Samsung with the... moreThat was not a comparison. Its just a demonstration and my opinion for that matter.
MaxSmarties, 15 Oct 2016Samsung TouchWiz itself is bloatware....Flogging a dead horse eh?
Samsung showroom(UAE) is not refunding for note7... they forcing to exchange with s7. How can they force? I have already s7 and now a days its going cheaper and less valuable mobile. And what will i do with 2 s7 and even i cant sell as its now cheaper. Even how can they force to choose mobile for exchange. Bloody shit!!!
If they do like that then i will never buy any samsung mobile.
MaxSmarties, 15 Oct 2016Samsung TouchWiz itself is bloatware....It might be a bloatware, but it gives us a lot of great features that it had taken even Google years to come up with. I hope that samsung start using Tizen Os on their flaghship and accelerate their app market place so that at least we can find the mos popular app and to see if the people who complait so much about touchiz or Grace Ui will buy their phone. I guess they still won't buy it so, why to bother talking bad about touchwiz or throlling about it? Some other Os freeze and you know what they do? You are using an app and all of the sudden everything closes and take you to home screen, not to mention, every time they get a update and mess everything up and nobody says anything. So, stop hating so much, and keep living with your boring Os
I'm a Note 5 owner. Google Pixel might also be threatened with relegation due to these bad news which makes owner of a flagship phone defer their decision to switch.
I used Note 4 for 10 months months then I switched to iPhone 7 plus 2 weeks ago.
For me, Samsung is the worst experience with phones
I carried different phones over the past 5 years, and the latest before the note 4 was 2 Sony's for the previous 3 years and they were the best android experience at their times
Samsung has a bulky fat ... UI that starts getting the heavy weight 2-3 months after use.
Samsung lost reputation for pro users since after the note 3, which I see the only good phone for Samsung
That's huge number but I'm surprised it's Not larger number!!
Thus is a Big deal people.
Im glad that im not part of that 40%. I opted for refund until the Galaxy s8 comes out. If had another option i would go with the Pixels. Im not saying iPhone is a bod phone, but i think its Os is so boring.
Shottayouth, 15 Oct 2016Reading your comment I am convinced you are referring to a US Carrier Version Samsung Device.
... moreFirst of all, I'm from Europe. Every Sammy phone I've played around with were FULL of bloatware. Many of them were carrier free.
By bloatware I also mean Samsung apps. When I said I'm into extreme de-bloating I wasn't joking. On my phone I've deleted everything that could be deleted without getting any errors or bootloops. This includes even bluetooth, gps (which I've also disabled from build.prop). Basically I stripped the OS to the bone.
When I see a non-rooted phone I get allergic :))
Shottayouth, 15 Oct 2016Reading your comment I am convinced you are referring to a US Carrier Version Samsung Device. ... moreThe undeletable Microsoft icons are *Bloat*. can't be unistalled, only deactivated
Alien , 14 Oct 2016Hahaha that's one of the dumbest things to say. Replacing the home app with a differeny launch... moreReading your comment I am convinced you are referring to a US Carrier Version Samsung Device.
Because the factory unlocked versions don't have bloat.
So seemingly a comment from a US consumer.
So in essence baseless and useless
Anonymous, 14 Oct 2016haha serves em right.. hopefully that 40% will rise even further in timeWell this is a US based survey so even more pointless.
