Personally I know this offer is only a month old so as it says it can take up to 2 months to either recieve the credit card or realize the adjustment on your bill. Give it the appropriate time and after 2 months call 611. The wonderful people at TMobile will be glad to look into any mixup if any. Hope that helps.

False advertisement at it's purest. I have called time after time to ask anout the rebate gift card and they do not call me, email me nor send me a letter to try to resolve my claim. Lie lie lie!!!!

Buy One Get One Free with an existing T-Mobile One plan after adding an extra line on your account. You pay down payment and taxes on both devices and then you get a mail-in rebate which comes in about four to six weeks. The mail in rebate is a prepaid Mastercard at a value of $480 or $500 depending on which phones you get.
This is not a bill Credit, like the author mentioned
