It's hard to point out something that makes a great chipset...because it needs to be good at anything, because you do everything with it.

One person wonders if IR blaster is integrated to SoC. No it is not, like the camera is not.
I think that first and foremost, it must have 64 bit support (do not laugh, there are STILL OEMs that put 32 bit chipsets in their phones and tablets). People ask for faster RAM and NAND. I ask for eDRAM and eNVRAM. Then the device must employ the latest high perforlance cores of custom ones. But also have a small lithography and high efficiency while providing a smooth experience at all times.
Great in real life.
