To me they think they are immortal or invincible and they ascended like gods or alterans (antic race) from Stargate series.
But even a god cant get broken fingers by hammer of a judge (arbiter).
And in this case the Italian tribunal is right someone must do something or they will NEVER learn from their own mistakes and they WILL ALWAYS work against the people.
Thats my honest words. And i am glad i can speak this way open to all of you.

Well guys dont buy Samsung brand at all.

When they will loose all or most customers it will be much wose for them than any fine they can get from courts.

It's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo fun to read the comments that simply don't even make any sense the manufacture that admits that they ahve problem with updates and do this so called obsolescence thing are good to go and the one who are just under investigation in only one single country is getting crap.
Thing is apple and Samsung both are thugs and not consumer oriented companies and why they should be as they are not non profit trading organizations they make money by making people to buy their stuff now some will go toward a short cut and easy way which is more feasible in general scenarios and they both are doing it
But what I don't understand is why people get so emotional about such news, okay I got it, it's about investigations so better come up with latest updates regarding the investigation don't bitch about other stuff at all for that join any community and use the power of social media if you want to do it right
Secondly no.matter what but this crazy fan base reaction is literally killing it Samsung fans are quite and apple fans are getting excited for the initial step which they have been already being apple user.
No.doubt I agree that this is ultimate human reaction of justifying your fool decisions by emotional explainations aof your hard earned money wasted in buy crap from either of the manufactures
But no hard feelings Guys I have iPhone 7 plus from it's luanch and yeah it's working good since now and the other one is Mate 9
Last Samsung was Note 5 which was also satisfying I can't complain. No.one asked.me to buy these on gun point and it wasn't a matter of life and death I had money at that time I bought it

SAMSUNG DOES NOT UPDATE OLD PHONES AT ALL duh !

In past Samsung welded usb connector straight to motherboard without any toughening pins. Of course sooner or later motherboard contacts being damaged and you had to change it or buy new device. Plastic clips broken after 2-3 months after warranty ended. And less people remember how in Samsung devices in memory chips suddenly switched on timebomb bricked devices earlier warranty ended. Don't know how it's now, after two times I faced planned obsolescence I stopped to buy any Shitsung crap. And I don't believe they don't do the same now. Maybe it's not so obvious.

Someone mentioned touchwiz ui but I thought Samsung moved to grace ui? When I had my galaxy s7 I switched to grace ui , but I sold it still as the phone wasn’t really my cup of tea

If they are not slowing down their phones then this is even worse .They have real problems in their software by nature and it is not well optimized out of the box. Forget touchwizz Samsung and go for something else.At those prices you find better future proof phones at a more resonable price or at least at the same price.We like all those features that you have shown us over time but at the end of the day we want a phone that flies trough everything you threw at it with a long lasting battery life.And please... More software updates!!! I dont want to spend loads of money into a top of the line product to become obsolet and vulnerable in just a couple of months
