FinnishInquisition, 28 Jan 2018Uh, no... no it does not.You see previously I mentioned that Nokia 1020 has 41mp and the Nokia 10 has 5 camera but each of them has 32mp right??

That doesn't mean that 41mp are the best right? Even the 32mp might have some strong point towards the 41mp. So it means that Nokia 10 with 5 camera, will achieve more pleasant photos than the 1020.

But in my idea, the problem is like Instagram or Snapchat, most Android phones are getting this issue and when it comes to photos or video, it looks horrible than the iPhone. So the Nokia 10 must achieve the similar camera quality from Snapchat/ Instagram from the original.

They should've just improved upon the 1020's sensor to be honest. Dual-pixels, better lenses, better image processing, deep trench isolation.

Aadrian , 28 Jan 2018So is this the Nokia Lumia 1020 successor we have been waiting for so long? Probably yes or no. Nokia 1020 has a one gigantic 41mp camera with huge sensor whereas Nokia 10 each of it's camera has huge 32mp with same sensor as the 1020 except pure view.

            Nice innovation :)

Right now, I am still like the Nokia N9 and Lumia design. Can Nokia reuse that design? I don't like their current design, 'cause it looks like Chinese phone.

Anyone couldnt see the idea here?
It is rotating lenses. The 10 has 1 main camera, probably large sensor. The secondary camera is the rotating one. You can choose, maybe, between superwide, zoom, high MP, etc.

People! You wanted the end of megapixel race, right? Now this is what you wanted? The race of the number of cameras?

A large, about 1" single camera sensor (like what Nokia 808 had) wipes the floor with any multiple camera setup.

There have been better cameras in smartphones years ago... So every step like this is the right move! I´m sure HMD (with Zeiss), Huawei (with Leica) or Sony alone can beat all the Samsungs, LGs and Apples in terms of image quality. We also need bigger sensors and high quality lenses again. Nobody really cares if the phone is a little bit thicker.

This industry really has to show some progress for smartphone cameras. For too long they fooled consumers with tiny sensors, gimmicks and marketing claims.
