perhaps you were using the mobile site when browsing? this could explain why.

[deleted post]I try to explain the weakpoints. and not in an arrogant way... I dislike Arrogance. however... I do try to do it in a pleasing way and I never go like "HA! YOU [profanity!] I know how it works and you don't!".
the problem is that's it's hard to understand intention through text. you don't see the person behind the words and you're left with "what does the author mean?" question. quite a lot of times.

I don't know a thing about building the transistors, ti... moreits way morrree complex than you think...the technology used to build cpus are super expensive to build since everything must be precise...thats why a brand like mediatek cant keep up with snapdragon because they got tech that mediatek doesnt//cpus for computers though from my knowledge goes through multiple reassemmbling..multiple checks like at least three human checks and two machinery checks..probably changed now

I don't know a thing about building the transistors, ti... moreoookkkk well really good cpus are made on molecular level..the ones that are not sold..meaning each atom must be aligned in a specific order...if the order is disrupted..the flow of information just goes to the next line of perfectly aligned atoms...so its a big ass mapping system basically and the software does the rest...so talking about 9nm cpu isnt as easy as you think it is

I am specialist in CPU software, as well as "standard coding" for Snapdragon, Exynos, Ax, Kirin and Mediatek chipsets. My job is basicaly to analyse flaws and bugs in software and my job is to try to squish as many bugs as possible in a session. Some of these updates you see in an app? Came under my fingers and eyes. I scanned the code and fixed the bugs. Ofcourse. It doesn't mean it's now better, I am a person and I can do mistakes as well.

That's why I said IF I KNEW and COULD manufacture a SoC.
And ofcourse I know.
Each CPU is consisting of 6 main components: Ticker, Registers, ALU&FPU, data Cache, instructions Cache and a "pilot". Which basically tells everything what and how it should do the task in hand. The Transistors scattered around the 6 components contain the data needed. Turned on Transistor would give a value of 1, a turned off would give the value 0. I could blabber about this for HOURS. But I don't want to make a scroll ina comment.
