I agree with most of the comments here, it's obvious those who have experience of the latest high quality Samsung flagships & the haters clearly haven't.
The S9/S9+ & the incoming Note 9 is the best screen that you can buy!, and one of the best with camera etc. (I'm not going for the Huawei P20 Pro)
Did they/ can they even read the reviews?
Yes there's room for improvement in some areas (there's no such thing as perfect).
I don't know whether to get the S9+ or wait 'til the end of Feb 2019 for the S10 flat, S10 curved, or March 2019 for the S10+ which sounds like it's 6.44", 1mm bigger than the Note 8 (which I can fit in my shorts pocket but I haven't tried it in my jeans):

I spoke to Samsung the other day to give feedback on the S9+ & also regarding support which they genuinely appreciated & agreed should be implemented (they couldn't promise, but said they'll pass them up to someone who can).
Maybe some of you should also contact them for improvements via phone or their members forum where you can also chat with the engineers/ technicians if you like :)
Anonymous, 04 Jul 2018The end is nigh for Samsung overpriced phones.5% less then last years record breaking number.... do you even understand that it's very impressive result?
ALMBO6, 04 Jul 2018what about the updates? I'd like to hear your excuse for their slow updates. Software updates or security updates? Because the former is difficult to do due to the nature of the skin of Samsung, that I will not defend. I'm simply speaking from experience that those 3 specific things that I talked about in the last comment were actuary really good. I use an iPhone 6+, so believe me, I'm not biased. I try to defend everybody. Security updates come out actually every month in my experience and software updates make Samsung phones jobs Hell for the first month and a half. After that, it evens out, but my point is that the skin is to blame here.
