Anonymous, 12 Oct 2018a SD845 alone doesn't make a good phone.
but it's to be seen you doesn't even checked that... moreWell at least xiaomi fixing that.
Iphone had charging problems before a fame when slowing older phones down to force custoemrs to buy new ones.
Samsung did same.
You best screen is fake.
Razor had best screen ever added to a phone.
Samsung just cant compete.
And the screen its self dont have value of 700+ difference between note 9 and poco.
F1, 12 Oct 2018this phone is the best mid-range device there isBut some $100 entry level phones have better radio (3G/4G Bands) support,
than this Master of Fouling!
CptPower, 12 Oct 2018Man nothing of these offers sells SD845 CPU for price of poco or less. So your much better off... morea SD845 alone doesn't make a good phone.
but it's to be seen you doesn't even checked that offers.
There is a top class phone with SDM845 and much more features,
(incl. top class sceen!!)
than your overhyped and overpriced POCO.
Why would Y hope on a POCO2, when that 1st is so good ......?
and nothing about that "software releted" - lol - display issues.
Well looks like a good deal. But i really hope Poco 2 will have at least SD Card slot and a dolby atmos stereo speakers.

just a fouling offer, as the POCO itself
there are a lots of better offers on BBD
up to 50% clear Flat on some phones, just check for it.

Kiyasuriin, 10 Oct 2018Let's think in sense... I am not working in Xiaomi's company. however I do love to clarify stu... moreThey should have. Although I think they're saying "upto 14k" because poco F1 costs upto 30k, and they didn't said they'll give 14k for the cheapest poco which is 21k.
People who bought the 21k one will get 11k probably.
Only idiots will think this is a good deal lol. How is 70% off when you have to give the phone back.
Am I the only one who is skeptical about this offer? Promo says that you get buyback value upto Rs.14,700 when you buy a 'new' Poco phone within 6-8 months. It could very well mean on buying a brand new Poco F1 phone, it doesn't necessarily say next iteration of Poco phone.
What if Poco F2 is not launched within 8 months? Damn.. these companies love playing with us with words..
Phone company wants users to change their phone every 6 months..and I am using my redmi 3s from last 3 years!!!, 3 years sound quite old now
Geric.770, 10 Oct 2018Yeah. No Man's Sky was the worst game in history. It's pretty Ok now after Next update. Actually i liked older version more; now it's like Minecraft in space.
Please remove the "light bleeding feature" on the next version of the Pocophone F2.
I don't want a phone with flagship level chipset that comes with worst display, cam and body..
Anonymous, 10 Oct 2018People moved on to phablets exclusively.
I would love the return of phones as well. But giv... moreThere are the Sony Compacts. Huawei had the P10, Xiaomi the MI 5 and MI 6. They were borderline pocketable phones with quite a bit of advanced hardware -- flagship chipsets, front fingerprint scanner, dual cameras and over 75 hour endurance ratings.
The hardware is possible. Question is this is a chicken and egg situation?
OEMs: We could make compacts, but nobody wants them
Users: We want compacts, but nobody makes them
Sony is good, but the only one. Would like more choice. Or perhaps the XZ2 Compact might be the last compact ever.
My apologies for hogging the comments section. Just replying to the responses to my earlier post. Didn't know it would elicit such interest.
Anonymous, 10 Oct 2018 "even the headphone jack if they need space" Are you sure about that??3.5 is obviously useful. But you know how it's been. We needed to remove it for space/battery/cooling/a toaster. I will live with a USB C to 3.5 dongle if it means I can have a one-handed pocketable phone. Either a 4.5 to 4.7 inch 16:9 or 5 inch 2:1. Don't need an insane screen to body ratio. 70 to 75 percent is good.

I see everybody holding their phones with two hands, keeping their bag down on the pavement and standing and typing, struggling to put it in their pocket. I wonder if I am the only one who finds a huge phone unnecessary and inconvenient.
