I know the pop up mechanism wasn't durable bu... moreActually the pop up is quite durable, more than people imagine and most negative claims about it are actually totally wrong/false, and it come with way more pros than cons, with the obvious bezelless/fullscreen experience, one of the biggest pro being privacy which no other system except slider offer, and slider are totally different beasts which unlike pop up are totally unprotected against water even if they have their own advantages too.
But yeah, the punch hole is an horrible idea, the underdisplay camera idea was a bad one to begin with, but while they couldn't do it and while the pop up would have been the almost perfect solution and the obvious replacement, a top bezel would have been a way better idea than the underdisplay camera.

Nothing impressive like Find X but if rumors of new 48MP camera with 2.4nm pixel after binning is true it would bs pretty interesting

The most unique aspects about the find x and Reno phones last year was the pop up camera functions. Now they've all dropped them for... Punch holes. Doesn't look bad, but doesn't look as innovative as find x did.
