Probably just unknown to the West because they dont sponsor YouTube tech reviewers to talk about their products.
CompactPhones5ever, 24 Apr 2020"The rear camera system has (...) a 2 MP telephoto camera with 2x zoom."
That feeling when ... moreactually not really a bad thing, my Realme X from last year doesn't have a telephoto but its camera does 2X zoom with no issues, 5X zoom with software and a max 10X digital zoom which of course degrades the photo quality...
so you're still able to zoom with most new phones without a telephoto, usually up to 2X...
and this Doogee phone offers only 2X zoom with that additional module... questionable...
Anonymous, 24 Apr 2020Type c or micro usb?Judging by the fact that phones which are twice as expensive still use MicroUSB, I'd say you shouldn't expect USB-C.

Today All phones, all of them.... it made in china
"The rear camera system has (...) a 2 MP telephoto camera with 2x zoom."
That feeling when a 59$ doogee phone has a telephoto camera but 800€ OnePlus 8 doesn't... Comedy gold!
[deleted post]They gave an honest, balanced opinion about a pretty well known brand in budget smartphones. You obviously came to troll with political BS that's completely irrelevant to this thread. Go cry about China somewhere else dotard.
YUKI93, 24 Apr 2020I'm only interested with the rear camera design, that does look cool. Put another camera senso... moreOutside the circle? That would look ugly
Doogee? Lol what a brand name.
Just want to warned all of you, the SoC is a total nightmare. And it's the reason why this phone cost 59 bucks. Probably, it's commonly used in many wish.com products. Don't expect to get a good hardware here.
Whackcar, 24 Apr 2020A lot of ignorant people are giving it unwarranted hate, and that's unfortunate. Doogee isn... morePrice dictates the expectations, and you're right. Low price, so low expectations. But is this the same company that had a fake camera lens?
Want this the company that added a fake camera? At £60, I'd say it is £59 over priced. I can only imagine how badly this runs with 2GB RAM.
Mistake in price.
Correct it.
A smartphone cant be 59 dollars.
That price is too suspicious. No offense to Chinese brands, as vendors like Huawei, ZTE, Xiaomi, OnePlus and OPPO seem to have impressed many. But this vendor is simply unknown for most.
Anonymous, 24 Apr 2020Funny how some flagships have this cheap design too But for this phone no need to invent and design much, as they can just copy from HMD, which designed this earlier, saving much cost.
