Still using the band 3, still love it. If the 5 has cool new must-have functionality I'll go for it - You just can't beat these for their combination of functionality, cheap price, and battery life.

try the redmi one, much cheaper, can charge at a USB A port, the only down side is smaller battery and need to use another Xiaomi app

This is replica od Xiaomi Mi Band 4, i have bought it by mistake from ebay. It's definitely not Mi Band 5

this charger design is what Mi Band 2/3 and Hrx uses. they made new for Mi Band 4. I am fairly sure that they are not gonna go backwards. Mi band 4 charger is much better than older design.
also band looks uglier than band 4. i hope its not the real thing, i was kinda hoping to get one.

nothing is new. the charger is old, the design is old, it just want to charge people higher price. Bought a Redmi band, 1/2 the price and USB-A charging.

As a user of MiBand 4, its not a lot bigger screen.
And i sincerely wishes MiBand 5 uses USB-C charging port instead of proprietary.
Tough its not that much of a problem since i charge it like twice in a month.
I hope smartphone in the future only need to be charged once a week. Like old handphones.
