Asus rog should also have to improve their front and rear cameras and have to made it much better than rog2. I think rog 3 phone should have image stabilizer.

Love the Community, 11 Jun 2020I have a RoG Phone 2 too and it was a good decision to buy SD855 phone two years after my Noki... moreIt's good for the next few years.

Ppl have only started to appreciate the higher refresh rate panels and this one has top of the line 120hz Oled while so many flagships still sport 90hz in 2020.
        I don't experience much difference between 60hz and 90hz.
But definite difference between 60hz and 120hz.

Plus gcam has solved most of the camera shortcomings.
Also gcam works on both sensors unlike some other brands out there.

Network performance is also superb coz of all the additional antennas inside.

Anonymous, 11 Jun 2020It is coming with 108mp camera (no swivel design though) as they had to ditch it for IP rating. Where you getting this information from bud. It seems that XDA, GSM and any other website that is reporting Asus phones just seem to give information and ROG 3.

Asus ROG 3 can easily be considered as the Lord of gaming phones out there.
They literally set a Benchmark for all the gaming phones out there with the ROG 2.

It was hilarious how OnePlus had to employ Social Media marketing teams to try and pit the ROG 2 into gaming category after their insanely affordable launch price in India.

I hope the Zenfone 7's design looked way better than the last one which is Zenfone 5z. I hope they follow how Meizu designed their 16 series phones where the camera is within the smallest top bezel while still being razor thin and uniform with the sides and bottom bezels.

SD865 doesn't seem to do much and there's barely or no 5G in the Philippines plus SD865 phones don't have a headphone jack to use my ATH-M50X and worse, loses the ability to charge and listen through wires at the same time.

I might as well wait for a phone that powers SD875 (next year) or SD885 (the year after that), and enjoy while I still can for the RoG Phone 2 with thanks to the XDA Devs.

I was thinking about this phone yesterday and it made me realise that Asus set the bar high last year with Rog 2. It was a gaming phone with SD 855+ USF 3.0, 6.6 Amoled screen, 6000Mah battery, Gorilla Glass 6, 2 USB type C ports, 120hz screen with 1ms touch delay, CAT 20 download speeds, In-display fingerprinter sensor, built-in triggers, Sony IMX586 sensor and a UI that had a stockish feel( which for a gaming phone you probably wouldn't expect that)

Then it made me think that is the Rog 3 going to be like when OnePlus announces. the T series, just a slight spec bump. They'll add the SD865, Ram & storage combination will most likely stay the same, USF 3.1, BT 5.1, a smaller battery to bring down the weight, they'll probably have a 270Hz Touch rate like the Black shark 3, maybe downgrade the camera sensor to the 64MP GW1 or improve and have the 64MP SonyIMX686.

It will be interesting to see what Asus will bring to the table but I don't think it will be a worthy upgrade if u have like the BlackShark 2, Rog 2, Redmagic 3/3s.
