ingride luke kabs, 29 Sep 2020Now how about we who are using Nokia 6.1 plusNokia 6.1 Plus already got 2 OS updates.
Now how about we who are using Nokia 6.1 plus
Still waiting on Nokia to fix the mess otherwise known as "A10 on Sirocco". I guess I should give up
Maybe because it is too early. I don't think I see any brands providing any roadmap for the Android 11 update up to this point.
Amin, 29 Sep 2020What 🧐. I have 7plus . Where is the Android 117 plus is no longer supported as it already get 2 major updates Pie and Q/10.
From now on you'll get only security updates.
3.1 is still on Android 9.
What 🧐. I have 7plus . Where is the Android 11
3.1 Plus is not even in the plan.
Anna, 29 Sep 2020Newly launched phones should get OS updates on priority. Nokia 2.4 and 3.4 will available in c... moreMaybe due to higher end I guess... But indeed I prefer 2.4 and 3.4 to received the update first. Following are 1.3, 2.3, 5.3 and 8.3. Next will be C1, C2 and C3. Then 2.2, 3.2, 4.2, 6.2, and 7.2. 1 plus, 8.1 and 9 PureView will be the last
Annyms, 29 Sep 20206.1 plus won't be upgraded to Android 11. HMD promises two major OS updates and 6.1 plus ... moreThat's weird. Because when I was buying my Nokia 7.1 I read "Android One devices receive OS updates for at least two years after their release, and security patches for at least three years.".
At least two years of updates is not the same as two updates.
Since my two year period ends on 10.2020 I would expect that at least to that day I would get updates. Otherwise it should be written as "at most two years of updates and no more than two updates".
F*ck this timeline is pure LOL if true..
Well looking by hmd globals trend they will give this update when android 12 comes lmao
I thought Nokia phones get fast updates? 7.2 owners have to wait for 6 months?
Anonymous, 29 Sep 2020Then what about Nokia 6.1 plus? Whether it will receive Android 11 update?6.1 plus won't be upgraded to Android 11. HMD promises two major OS updates and 6.1 plus has already received two. It went from Android 8.1 to Android 10.
Newly launched phones should get OS updates on priority. Nokia 2.4 and 3.4 will available in coming days which will be updated in Q1 2021 but phones released earlier this year (5.3 and 8.3) will get update first in Q4 2020. Why?
What about Nokia C3 which was released with Android 10 earlier this month? Won't it get even one Android 11 update? Nokia/HMD had already forgotten their recently launched phone?
Then what about Nokia 6.1 plus? Whether it will receive Android 11 update?
Nokia Mobile should be named to "Nokia Leftovers" LOL.
Anonymous, 29 Sep 2020Wow Nokia 2.2 is just a cheap phone with Mediatek A22 will get Android 11 that fast? And people says mediatek is bad when it's come to update but those fool don't understand that providing software update is a responsibility of phone maker not of SoC manufacturers
